There are some GREAT documentaries and movies being played all around the United States- RIGHT NOW! These give a better understanding on what is going on in the world around us. I haven’t seen all of these, yet, but as I get reviews on them I will post them. Don’t miss out on them- check out where they are showing before they are gone! Go to their website and see if there is a screening near you, or get tickets to the ones in theaters.

This first movie, 58: The Film, is one I am hoping to see next week thanks to Living Water and Compassion International who are using http://www.furstaccess.com/ to help people to see this film. Be sure to see if you can get tickets for next week! Updated: Go here to read a Review of 58: The Film and its Movement.

Here is the link to another great movie review on the Average Advocate, done by Amy, who saw the Machine Gun Preacher. This isn’t actually a documentary but it might as well be one, based on a true story and giving a glimpse of what has been going on in North Africa.  Its more of an action flick. Here is the trailer:

Another documentary currently being shown around the country is Nefarious: Merchant of Souls about Human Trafficking around the world. You can look at their website to see where it is being shown. Here is the trailer:

Sex and Money: A National Search for Human Worth is mostly being shown at Universities and churches around the country. Go to their website to see where it is being shown. Here is their trailer:
